Why it doesn't silently get things wrong
Most OCR tools read a document and hope for the best. Liquor Pro is built around a stricter rule: never silently wrong.
- Footer reconciliation — the sum of extracted lines is checked against the totals printed on the invoice itself. If they don't reconcile, the document is flagged — not saved quietly.
- Review flags — any line the AI is unsure about (a smudged size, an ambiguous brand) is marked for your review instead of being guessed.
- Catalogue matching — each line is matched to a real brand and size in your shop's catalogue; new items can be onboarded in one tap rather than mis-matched.
