AI that does the typing

Snap a photo. AI builds the purchase.

Stop typing 40-line invoices by hand. Liquor Pro's AI pipeline reads printed bills, gate passes and even handwritten stock registers — then verifies itself before anything touches your stock.

1

Photograph the document

A purchase invoice, an excise gate pass or your handwritten stock register — straight from the phone camera, multiple pages supported.

2

AI reads every line

Brand, size, cases, bottles, rate and duty are extracted line-by-line and matched against your 1000+ brand catalogue.

3

Verify, review, approve

Totals are reconciled against the printed footer. Uncertain reads are flagged. Stock moves only when you tap Approve.

What the AI reads

  • Printed purchase invoices — distributor bills with dozens of line items, taxes, TCS and round-offs.
  • Excise gate passes — case/bottle quantities and duty columns, including skewed or low-quality scans.
  • Stock registers — including handwritten opening-stock registers, used to set up your inventory on day one.

Why it doesn't silently get things wrong

Most OCR tools read a document and hope for the best. Liquor Pro is built around a stricter rule: never silently wrong.

  • Footer reconciliation — the sum of extracted lines is checked against the totals printed on the invoice itself. If they don't reconcile, the document is flagged — not saved quietly.
  • Review flags — any line the AI is unsure about (a smudged size, an ambiguous brand) is marked for your review instead of being guessed.
  • Catalogue matching — each line is matched to a real brand and size in your shop's catalogue; new items can be onboarded in one tap rather than mis-matched.
  • Approval gate — nothing touches your stock until a human taps Approve. The AI prepares the work; you stay in control.
Why this matters: a single mis-read invoice line can throw a shop's stock out by hundreds of bottles and take hours to trace. Verification-first scanning prevents the error instead of finding it weeks later.
