1. Acceptance

By installing or using Liquor Pro you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

Liquor Pro is a business tool for licensed liquor retailers and their staff. You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for holding and complying with all licences and laws that apply to your liquor business, including excise and tax regulations in your state.

3. Your account

Sign-in uses your mobile number and OTP. You are responsible for the devices and team members you grant access to. Role-based access and activity logs are provided to help owners control their account.

4. Your data

Business records you enter remain yours. You grant us the rights needed to store and process them solely to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. AI features

AI document scanning prepares data for your review; extracted results are always subject to your approval before they affect stock or accounts. You are responsible for reviewing flagged items and approving entries. The app's reconciliation checks reduce errors but do not replace your own verification obligations under law.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the app for unlawful activity, attempt to access other tenants' data, interfere with the service, or reverse-engineer it except where law permits.

7. Availability & changes

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it fast and reliable (backups, audit ledgers, monitoring) but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and may update features over time. Android builds update via in-app prompts.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for regulatory outcomes of your business. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
