The chain architecture

• Strict per-shop stock isolation — each shop has its own SKUs, counts and ledger, enforced at the database level. One shop's sale physically cannot touch another's stock.
• Role-based access, shop-scoped — counter staff record at their own shop only; managers receive purchases; owners approve everywhere.
• Owner approvals per shop per day — each branch closes with an approved register; anomalies get a same-day look.
• Consolidated reports, separated stock — revenue, category mix and cash position across all shops, computed from cleanly isolated per-shop ledgers.
• Desktop admin portal — manage products, review purchases and sales, and run reports for the whole chain from a browser.

Rolling out across branches

Each shop onboards in minutes, not days: photograph that branch's stock register and AI stock setup builds its opening inventory for review. Staff get OTP logins with shop-scoped roles the same day.
