This policy explains what data Liquor Pro ("the app", "we") collects, why, and how it is protected. The short version: we collect only what is needed to run your shop's account, we don't sell your data, and your business records belong to you.

Data we collect

Account data — your mobile number, used for OTP-based sign-in, and your name and shop details as you provide them.
Business records you enter — inventory, sales, purchases, cash entries, expenses and vendor details. This data exists solely so the app can work for you.
Images you upload — photographs of invoices, gate passes and stock registers, processed by AI to extract line items. Images are retained with the related purchase or setup record so you can audit what was scanned.
Activity logs — actions taken in the app (who approved what, when), kept for the audit trail that protects shop owners.

How we use it

To operate the service: authentication, stock ledgers, registers, reports and approvals.
To process documents you photograph through AI extraction, with results always subject to your review and approval.
To improve reliability and fix defects.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal data or business records.
We do not show third-party advertising in the app.
We do not use your data for purposes unrelated to operating the service.

Security

Sign-in is OTP-based (no stored passwords). Data is encrypted in transit. Access within a shop account is role-based, all actions are logged, and regular backups protect against data loss.

Data retention & deletion

Business records are retained while your account is active, because registers and ledgers are the system of record for your shop. To request account deletion or export, request a callback and the team will handle it with you.

Age requirement

Liquor Pro is a trade tool for licensed liquor retailers and is rated 18+. It is not intended for consumers or minors.
